# Career Opportunity: Join the Jakarta Provincial Government as a Senior Assistant Professional Staff (2024)
The Jakarta Provincial Department of Human Settlements, Spatial Planning, and Land (Dinas Cipta Karya, Tata Ruang dan Pertanahan) is inviting highly qualified and motivated professionals to contribute to the development of regional government facilities. We are currently seeking 36 dedicated individuals to serve as Senior Assistant Professional Staff for the 2024 technical documentation drafting project.
* Citizenship & Identification: Must be an Indonesian citizen holding a valid National Identity Card (KTP).
* Tax Compliance: Possession of a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) and proof of fulfillment of the latest tax obligations.
* Professional Integrity: Applicants must exhibit honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Equipment: Candidates must be prepared to provide their own working equipment (laptop/computer) capable of running AutoCAD and other relevant industry software, as well as necessary office supplies throughout the contract period.
* Conduct: Must have a clean criminal record (SKCK to be provided upon selection) and good physical and mental health.
* Adaptability: Ability to perform well under pressure, work effectively within a team, and commit to the full duration of the contract.
* Professional History: A minimum of one year of experience in a relevant field, supported by professional documentation or references.
## Specialized Requirements and Qualifications
The roles are divided into specialized technical sectors. Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
Core Technical Competencies
Successful applicants must be proficient in the following software and processes:
* Design & Drafting: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit/ArchiCAD, Enscape/Lumion.
* Structural Analysis: ETABS or SAP2000.
* Project Management: Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel), drafting Work Drawings, RAB (Budget Estimates), RKS (Work Requirements), BoQ (Bill of Quantities), and S-Curves.
