# Open Selection for High-Level Leadership Positions: Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development 2026
The Coordinating Ministry for Infrastructure and Regional Development of the Republic of Indonesia plays a pivotal role in synchronizing national policies to accelerate regional progress and infrastructure stability. As part of our strategic expansion and organizational strengthening for the 2026 fiscal year, we are officially launching an open selection process for several High-Level Leadership positions (Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama). We are currently seeking visionary leaders to fill critical roles within the Ministry. Candidates may apply for the following departments:
* Head of General Affairs and Finance Bureau: Secretariat of the Coordinating Ministry.
* Head of Data, Communication, and Public Information Bureau: Secretariat of the Coordinating Ministry.
* Assistant Deputy for Acceleration of Island, Coastal, and Frontier/Outermost/Disadvantaged Area Development: Under the Deputy for Coordination of Equitable Regional Development, Agrarian, and Spatial Planning.
* Assistant Deputy for Strategic Basic Infrastructure: Under the Deputy for Coordination of Basic Infrastructure.
* Assistant Deputy for Water Resources and Food Infrastructure: Under the Deputy for Coordination of Basic Infrastructure.
* Assistant Deputy for Increasing Housing Access: Under the Deputy for Coordination of Housing and Settlement Infrastructure.
* Assistant Deputy for Transmigration and Disadvantaged Area Housing Development: Under the Deputy for Coordination of Housing and Settlement Infrastructure.
## General Eligibility Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of governance, all applicants must meet the following general criteria:
1. Citizenship and Status: Must be an Indonesian Citizen and a currently serving Civil Servant (PNS).
2. Health Standards: Must be physically and mentally fit, verified by a formal medical certificate issued by a government hospital or licensed physician.
3. Competency Profile: Demonstrate proficiency in technical, managerial, and socio-cultural competencies aligned with the specific requirements of the targeted position.
4. Performance and Integrity:
* Maintained a "Good" performance rating for the past two consecutive years.
* No record of medium or severe disciplinary sanctions within the last five years.
* Clear of any adverse findings or audits.
5. Regulatory Compliance: Never held membership in any prohibited organizations and must have filed their annual tax return (SPT) within the last year.
## Specific Prerequisites for Applicants
In addition to general requirements, candidates must satisfy the following professional milestones:
* Age Limit: Applicants must not exceed 56 years of age at the time of application.
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma IV.
Rank Requirement: Minimum rank of Pembina Tingkat I* (IV/b).
* Professional Experience: At least five cumulative years of relevant experience in a field pertaining to the applied position.
* Managerial Tenure: Must currently hold or have previously served in an administrative position or a senior expert functional position (JF ahli madya) for a minimum of two years.
* Leadership Training: Preference will be given to candidates who have successfully completed the National Leadership Training Level III (PKN III).
