## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure the continued success of our expansion and land clearing projects, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background:
* For roles 1 and 2: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agrotechnology, or Plant Pests and Diseases.
* For role 3: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Financial Management, or Plantation Administration.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the applied field is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in managing new land clearing and development areas.
* Location: All selected candidates will be stationed in South Sumatra, specifically within the OKI or Banyuasin Regency plantation areas.
