1. Investment & Commercial (TDP)
Drive our corporate finance strategies and evaluate high-impact investments within the sustainable infrastructure sector.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in Investment, Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory, Transaction Services, or Consulting.
* Key Competencies:
* Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and business valuation.
* Deep understanding of financial statements and investment feasibility analysis.
* Prior exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), divestment, or power sector investments is a distinct advantage.

2. Risk Management (TDP)

* Experience: At least 3 years working as a Data Risk Analyst, Data Quality Analyst, or in a similar data-centric control role.

* Expertise in data processing and analysis using Python, R, and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
* Strong grasp of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and forecasting methods (e.g., ARIMA, LSTM).

3. PPC Officer (Project, Planning & Control)

* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.30.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in project planning, control, or related operational management.
* Key Competencies:
* Comprehensive knowledge of project lifecycles, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera).
* Direct experience with hydroelectric (PLTA/PLTM) or solar (PLTS) power projects is highly desirable.
* Fluent in both written and spoken English, paired with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
4. IT Staff

* Candidate Profile: Male, aged 20–30 years old, with a minimum of 2 years of electro-mechanical experience (power plant background preferred).
* Placement: Placed at PLTM Sungai Buaya, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra (local residents preferred).
6. Solar PV (PLTS) Technician
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to optimize solar energy generation assets.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
* Experience: 1–2 years specializing in solar PV maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and inverter systems.
* Key Competencies: In-depth knowledge of solar panels, battery energy storage systems (BESS), combiner boxes, and DC/AC protection mechanisms.
7. Solar PV (PLTS) Operator
Monitor live plant performance metrics and manage foundational on-site operations safely and efficiently.
* Education: Vocational high school (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

* Familiarity with solar panel arrays, inverters, and power distribution fundamentals.

8. General Administration (GA) Officer

* Experience: At least 1 year in HR or general administration within a site, project, or plant environment.

* Experience: At least 1 year working in a finance administrative capacity within an industrial plant or project site.
* Key Competencies: Proficiency in accounting fundamentals, excellent time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
* Placement: Full-time at the PLTM Manajur site.
10. Silau Mini Hydro (PLTM) Technician
Ensure the reliable mechanical and electrical performance of generation units at our Silau plant.
* Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Candidate Profile: Male, aged 20–30 years old, possessing foundational electro-mechanical knowledge and at least 2 years of relevant work history.
* Placement: Placed at PLTM Silau, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra (local residents preferred).
